are you a bad enough dude to save the president's blogger?

I am a tabletop roleplayer and gamemaster from Oklahoma City. Over the past few years, I have been world-building and kit-bashing a set of rules for my fantasy campaign (entitled KLUDGE FRP). I've also been reading a lot of gaming blogs affiliated with the "Old School Rennaissance" revival of classic Dungeons and Dragons and interest in old school gaming in general. Over the years I've gained a lot of valuable insight and hours of entertainment from their musings and materials, and I hope that I can give something back.

Outside of gaming, I'm a rabid OKC Thunder fan, I enjoy the works of Ray Bradbury, Phillip K. Dick, Jack Vance, Ernest Hemingway, and George Orwell. I like emo/hardcore, shoegaze, new wave, power pop, rocksteady, and soul music. In addition to seventies and eighties sci-fi, fantasy, and horror movies, I like John Hughes and John Cusack. I'm also a socialist, but I have another blog for that; this blog will focus on tabletop role-playing games, with perhaps a few forays into art, music, video games, films, books etc. that I find inspirational for gaming. I reserve the right to make posts about history, mythology, religion, etc. that I find informative for world-building as well.

That about wraps up my introductory post. Thank you for reading it.
